Hotstar unable to download videos for offline

I am facing error in downloading the videos in hotstar. I was an ardent user of hotstar and most I'd the Times I save the videos for viewing when I m not under WiFi. All was fine until two days before. I started facing issues in downloading any thing of offline wither it be YouTube, hotstar or wynk. So I had to reset my phone now all is working fine except hotstar. It is giving error as insufficient storage inspite of having half of my phone memory empty and even there us enough space in memory card.

Any idea?
